We raise our Limousin, Angus and Charolais steers on naturally fertilized and regularly rotated pastures of native grasses. We use no antibiotics, steroids, growth hormones or other chemical products.
Lamb at High Hope Farm enjoy green grass, clean water, fresh air, and no stress. Rotating pastures brings healthy soil, flourishing grasslands, and happy animals.
Bordered on three sides by dense woods, High Hope Farm shares space with an abundance of wildlife. Deer, fox, raccoons and other small mammals roam the grounds at night. Owls and hawks dominate the skyways.
Chickens enjoy pecking around our lush pastures, and following the rotation of steers and lamb. They provide a healthy balance by helping out with the “cow pies,” which are like dessert for the chickens & dung beetles.
